Please be noted:

- A deposit of total amount within 48 hours after booking is required. The property will contact you with the bank account. Guests are required to settle the payment in time and approach the property once the transaction is done.

- Check-in time starts from 15:00. Please contact the property at least 2 hours prior to your arrival.

- Check-out time is at 11:00. For those who would like to check out earlier, please inform the property upon arrival.

- Guests are required to show a photo identification or passport upon check-in.

- Extra bed arrangement and breakfast are not available.

- The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. To respect the neighbours' living quality, please voice down from 21:00 until 07:00 next day.

- Smoking and clamoring are not allowed. For any illegal activities and behaviors, such as gambling and taking drugs, the property preserves the right of taking legal action.

- Guests will be charged a TWD 1,000 cleaning fee if smoking or chewing betel nut inside the property.

- Mimi Suite Tainan is not responsible for stolen or damaged personal belongings. Please be sure to take your valuables with you when you leave your room.

- The property offers shower gel, shampoo, towels and bath towels. However, disposable amenities are not provided. Guests are advised to prepare their own toothbrush and toothpaste.

- Please kindly turn of the lights and electric devices when you leave your room.

- Guest rooms are located on 2nd and 3rd floors. The first floor studio is under preparation and is not open for guests. Please inform Mimi Suite Tainan in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
